We offer three main ways of using our IT Support services.
GOT A PROBLEM THAT NEEDS FIXING?
Do you need to know how much a repair will cost? We offer to fix a problem and only charge you for that service. It can be a single PC that is broken, a printer or even a network problem.
If it isn't urgent we will only charge £60.
If it needs to be fixed the same day our charge is £90.
OUR HOURLY RATE SERVICE
If you want us to fix numerous problems or need a more general IT service such as GNU/Linux support. We offer our hourly charge from as little as £31.25 per hour. Our Prices are broken down into sections.
Up to 2 consecutive hours - £90
Up to 4 consecutive hours - £150
Up to 8 consecutive hours - £250
REGULAR IT SUPPORT
This service is not a contract. You can cancel it at anytime. It is an agreement that you want an onsite visit at least once a month for at least half a day.
Up to 4 consecutive hours - £100
Additional 4 consecutive hours - £100
If a problem occurs when we are not scheduled to visit we can rearrange your normal visit to fix the problem quicker.
